Tokyo Tailored Tours is a low-volume, referral-based service. I design each day from scratch, using my background in the arts, creative direction & and game design + over 14 years of life in Tokyo. The result is an experiential, story-driven itinerary that feels considered and unhurried, appropriate to the specific people on the tour, not a generic “best of Tokyo” loop.

For advisors & concierges
I operate as a creative director for the day in Tokyo, not a volume tour operator.
You provide a brief; I handle:
Route design and selection of neighborhoods, venues, and experiences
Restaurant strategy and reservations appropriate to the client profile
Coordination of transport and, where needed, tickets, timed entries, and on-the-ground logistics
Real-time adjustments so the day stays aligned with the client’s energy and mood
I typically respond within one business day (JST). For proper planning and holds, please contact at least 14 days before the preferred date.
